• You will receive all legally required information about the trip before the travel contract is concluded.
• The respective tour operator alone is responsible for the proper provision of all travel services.
• The tour operator is legally obliged to provide insolvency protection.
• Before the start of the trip you will receive a security certificate (Sicherungsschein) from the respective tour operator.
• You have statutory rights with regard to changes to services, travel defects, withdrawal and claims for damages under the provisions of package travel law.
• In the event of difficulties during the trip, the respective tour operator is obliged to provide reasonable assistance.
